  1. RETURN GOODS:
    • Merchandise is not to be returned unless a return goods authorization (RGA) has been obtained from dealsonpowertools.com. Send your email to support@dealsonpowertools.com with the subject "Return". We will response your request in 24 - 48 hours. No RGA will be issued for goods purchased more than 21 days.

    CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO RECEIVING CREDIT FOR GOODS RETURNED
    •A. Freight charge must be prepaid and goods returned via the same carrier we sent good to you.
    •B. Merchandise must be in original carton
    •C. RGA number must be clearly marked on carton
    •D. Goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
    •E. 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  2. ORDER CANCELLATION:
    •We accept the order cancellation within 12 hours after you made the order if the goods has not been shipped. Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
